FixMentor AI may share information with service providers that help operate the app, including providers used for account management, artificial intelligence analysis, subscriptions, cloud hosting, and contractor-search features. These providers may use information only as necessary to perform services for FixMentor AI and are expected to protect it appropriately. Account Deletion
Users may request deletion of their FixMentor AI account and associated personal information by contacting mmiller@firstfixllc.net. We may need to verify the request before completing deletion. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store subscription; subscriptions must be managed separately through the user’s Apple account settings.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to help protect personal information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
FixMentor AI is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
